Just found this diggin’ through the old VHS collection: “Oh Susannah” by Mr. Freeze featuring Grand Puba. Straight from the farm, horseback raps and straw hats included. The track is from the 1994 debut album by Mr. Freeze and the Homewreckers, “Cold Wave Of Terror”.
